Joe Altmann is a Roman-born pastry chef who spent 15 years in his city Rome perfecting his craft and exceptional creations. Having worked in country clubs, small bakeries, resorts, fine dining venues, and more, he is looking forward to sharing her love of the world of cakes and pastry with students just starting out on their own journey.
